What's it all about?

The RealFood Network Shop is located in the Main Street Arcade, which runs between Grafton and Lake Streets (the one with SNOOGIES and the food court). Parking is usually easier at the Grafton Street end, in which case walk all the way through to just before the Lake Street entrance. We are on the left immediately before Subway. The Lake Street entrance is across from the supermarket, at the Bus Terminal and just behind Subway.

While price competitiveness is not our raison d’etre, it is good to know our prices are good. Last week I quickly surveyed prices across the road at one of the big boys. And we had better prices, by at least $1/kilo on all items except one – brown onions. A shopper would have spent $55 - $60 on our $50 box. And our products are strictly local and fresh.

The store was built entirely by the employees and was made of reclaimed and recycled materials, the wooden boxes were made from packaging crates and the signage and chalk art produced in house.
